How often should I get a massage?

  • Everyone is different. Your therapist will make a professional recommendation based on your needs at that time.


What should I wear during my massage?

 

  • That is up to the clients comfort level. Some people prefer to be completely undressed while others keep their under garments on.


Will my massage be a full 60 minutes?

 

  • YES. Unless the client is late for their session.


Is it common to feel sore after a massage?

 

  • For the first 24 hours after a deep tissue massage you may feel a little sore due to the toxins releasing from your soft tissue.


Should I drink water after my massage?

 

  • We recommend drinking plenty of water following any massage.


Are all of your therapist’s licensed and insured?
